Alternate Shell

is there a way to set an alternate shell from install?

I wanted to make an UA cd and have it use an alternate shell instead of explorer.exe, so right from the get-go it starts with a differnt shell from first logon.

would I need to add a reg tweak? or is there anotherway?

Try changing the explorer.exe text to reflect your shell

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"Shell"="Explorer.exe"

Or you can rename the alternate shell to explorer.exe and make it a cab, then move it over to your UA CD.
