Help Installing Programms+Drivers

Ok, ive got my Windows XP + SP2 disk sitting on my desktop as an iso..

now is there an easy way (a way with an easy-to-understand tutorial) for me to install a few programms with windows??

like

Firefox

Nero Burning Rom

iTunes

and maybe Display drivers for my GForce fx 5700 xt and my nForce 2 motherboard??

I'd appreciate any help
