Limit the maximum number of TCP connection per IP

Hello All,

i am new user to this froum,

i have a problem,

i want to limit tcp connection per ip or per user in my network,

because my internet connection have a TCP connection limit,if number of tcp connection going high my internet connection going DOWN,

therfore i want to limit my user in my network to solve this problem,

i am waiting for help from anyone.

How are you providing net access to all the other terminals?

Via a proxy?

Then try WinGate or WinProxy which allows you to set the above.
