Zephyr Posted June 12, 2005 Posted June 12, 2005 Hi, I am having trouble figuring out as to how to install the video drivers of my LG T710BH monitor.I do have the appropriate drivers in cd and here are what the instructions say:1. Click Start -> Setting -> Control Panel 2. Double -click the Display icon. 3. Click the Setting tab, then click Advanced... 4. Select Monitor tab, Click properties->click Driver Tab -> Click Update Driver Tab5. Hardware Update Wizard -> Select Install From A List or Specific Location[Advanced]-> Click Next6. Select Include this Location in the search -> Click Browse -> Select the Driver in the CD ROM -> Click Next7. The Monitor Files are copied to the Hard Drive8. Click Finish -> Close At the 4th step, the 'properties' button is disabled. I had this figured out the last time I reformatted my PC, but I can't seem to recollect how I did it the last time. I think its connected to my adapter. Under the adapter tab, the chip type,DAC type etc. is all given to be 'unavailable'. If you could help me figure this out, it would be awesome. Thnx in advance!
dman Posted June 12, 2005 Posted June 12, 2005 Can you open "properties" for your adaptor? sounds like you need to install the drivers for this first. Do it same as monitor... properties, driver, update driver.
