Monitor CPU application

Im looking for a program(s) to monitor my CPU and Graphic card Temps and if anyone knows what temp is avg and what is bad,that would be appreciated.

Well to monitor temperatures i use the following programs Everest Home Edition SpeedFan 4.24 and Motherboard Monitor 5.3.7.0 for us to determine an average on your temperatures we would need to know what processor you use, what motherboard, and what graphics card you are using, but download one of the above programs, and tell us the info we need, and we can help you determine a "Safe" temperature range
