Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

I'm seeking an explanation on the occasional appearance of a window titled "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services." It appears only @ startup when my home screen finishes loading. I'm given the option to close the window which I do and nothing seems to be effected. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

i donno whether this may solve ur problem and friend of mine has tried and solved it..

go to msconfig and check for any services running in the background as a startup.

or

goto services.msc inside the run command and check whether the above service is running automatic, if yes change it to manual.thats it.
