Hey just hoping someone can help,, I am having problems when I leave my pc alone for a while, when i come back I have to reboot my PC to view Any web pages, I am using IE and opera

I am using a P2P program aswell that is not affected by this issue.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you done the usual spyware and virus checks? Look at the malware section of the forums for more info and the latest programs.

yea I`m up to date but I will have another look at the mailware threads.

There are plenty of threads regarding network connectivity problems.

When you come back to the computer, is it just the web browsers that can't connect? Can you log onto an IM network? Ping?

Check under Device Manager to see if Windows is perhaps turning off the device. It should be under a tab called Power Management in the device properties.

just to let you know and to thank you for answering,

cause i dont have much time on my hands what I did was a restore using my ghost backup,,

and as I said I dont have much time on my hands I forgot to backup some files I really needed AAHHHGGGGG!!!!!!
