my oemlogo.bmp is 180x114 (size 80.2kb)

there is no problem to see the oemlogo and also general information

my problem is that i'm only able to see the first line under supoort information...

Your Oeminfo.ini looks good from where I'm standing.

Perhaps you should check and remove any trailing spaces in your entries.
