Quicktime problem...

I use Firefox and IE. Today when I went to view a movie trailer on apple.com's website, no video window showed. I am not sure what is causing this as I haven't changed anything that I know of to my pc.

I uninstalled Quicktime and re-installed but to no avail.

Any suggestions what else I might try or that could be blocking Quicktime from running?
