Incressing hard drive speed tweaks

is there any very good hard drives tweaks that will have the hard drives not to go to 100% on the cpu?

What's the problem exactly? When you have hard drive access your CPU usage goes to 100%?

If so, then that shouldn't be happening...check to see how the drives are being accessed. Look in Device Manager at the IDE Channels. They should be listed as using DMA if available.
