Run Macro from .XLA wihtout prompting

Do anyone know if there is a possibility to automatically approve a Macro which is executed in a specific .XLA file, for users in i.e a spcific group, without:

1. Lowering the Macro security from Medium to low

2. Paying some company (i.e VeriSign) to digitally sign the document
