Creating mail rules on MS Exchange 2003

Is there a way to create actual mail rules on the Exchange Server rather than on each Outlook client on the Exchange server?

Might be able to help you in the future - should be getting Exchange 2003 within the next month or so. It'll be something I'll be looking into myself so do a bump in a month or so - if you find out in the meantime, please post some info back too
