VB.NET sites for starters...

I'm a relative newcomer to programming in general and i was wondering if there were any really good sites or references for learning to code in VB.NET? I know the really basic stuff like forms and that, i mean, its the same in pretty much any ADE... what i'm looking for is more specific, leaning towards VB.NET syntax and database access...

I've never coded in VB or .NET before either so all the syntax is completely foreign. If anyone could post a few links or references or even some stuff on the subject... it would be really appreciated!
