virginia
I'm trying to edit a PowerPoint presentation and every time I open it I can't edit it because of the embeded text. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening. I've already unchecked the archive and read only boxes in the properties and am unable too save it as anything else (these options are grayed in file)Thanks! <SparTacuS>
Sometimes people reduce/optimise the size of their PPT's by "flattening" the text onto the background. What this means is that the whole slide - pictures, text etc - become one single picture. If this is what you have then you can only edit the slides with a graphics app' (Paintshop Pro, The Gimp, Photoshop etc).
