Outlook Migration

I'm trying to move a bunch of individual PST's witha LOT of journal notes in each individual PST to exchange. THAT isn't much of a problem. The problem comes in when there are contact names that are duplicate and these folks want to COMBINE the journal entry data from the duplicate contacts.

Anyone have clue on how to do this without losing Journal data? I have had no luck with Microsoft on this one and all my googling hasn't helped.
