Hi, I would like to know wheather Windows continuous downloading when it's in the standby modus. I use ABC and Azureus for downloading.

No, there is no network activity when a computer is in standby mode. All your downloading has to be down when the computer is up and running.

the computer will not go to standby mode if there is some activity going on. So no, if you force it to go to standby mode it will stop network activity and the download will stop.
