j_butler1959 Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 Is it possible to incoporate all the changes needed in making Windows Server 2003 a workstation after it installs in the installation CD using scripts etc? Basically, I want to be able to install a workstation based on Windows Server 2003 without having to go through all those steps listed in the FAQ.Thanks!
MCT Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 sure, just make batch files calling registry files, that should be all u need i think *its been awhile since i looked @ the win2k3 workstation guide* i use win2k3 for a server
fdv Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 Maybe you've seen this..?http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showforum=89It's an excellent way to tame Win2k3, and you can add your own registry edits to the INF files after you've run the program with very little effort.
