Here Is A Quick Tut On How To Replace Icons For Windows Files

Things Needed

1:\ Resource Hacker I Have Included It In This Link, This Also Has Shell32.dll, Explorer.exe ,Uxtheme.dll. I Use These In My Ua Cd So They Work.

The Shell32.dll Is The Lastest Version.
