How do I use these .au3 files?

I've manage to make an unattended xpcd with nlit/ryan pak/powerpack and runoncEX.cmd....However, there are certain program that is a little more complicated than simple switches. I've found some script .au3 files that look really interesting to use for my unattended cd but i don't know how to use it. do i need to install AutoIT first in order to use these scripts? In other word, how might i incorporate these script into my unattended cd so that it can get install at the T13 stage? thanks...

1. u download the latest autoit program (google for it)

2. u edit the au3 (password, serial, username, registration, and etc)

3. u compile tha au3 to a exe

4. done

Why would T-13 be an XPLODE issue?

As Astalavista said, all you have to do is install AUTOIT and then compile the script. It will become and EXE file, and hopefully you know how to run those.
