Fix Fast User Switching

I fooled around with that darn site that teaches you what you can disable from the processes menu and now fast user switching does not work. My wife and I have to log off our name completely and then log back on by typing in the correct user name...just like in Win2000. Any suggestions for fixing this?

In the services, change InteractiveLogon and Fast User Switching Compatibility back to Automatic

Changed Fast User Switching back but I don't see an Interactive Logon service in my services or on the web page that lists all services:

Is there an equivalent that you are thinking of?

Allows the Super-Fast User Switcher to log in a user

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Fast.exe -service

that probably got installed by powertoys.

Also, check User Accounts > "change the way users log on or off" in Control Panel and see if the checkbox is ticked for fast user switching.

It didn't get fixed...I changed every setting back to default except for Indexing.

I checked and the box for use logon screen and fast user switching are both checked. Tried unchecking and then rechecking after reboot. Argggg! Why do I always have to fool with the **** settings???
