Unattened install Problem

I'm trying to make my first unattended install but in VMWare using the ISO i made with nLITE as a cd-rom drive i get "....reached end of ISO". I figured it could have been a problem with VMWare so i burned the ISO and i get press any key to boot to CD and then nothing it just hangs. Like i said i'm new to this so if you need more information on something let me know what it is and i'll post it.
