Just in the last 2 days when I send email or try to open any contacts in my address book it starts scrolling thru All of them super fast and out of control, will not stop until it is done, did virus scan and nothing shows up, it is DRIVING me nuts, I know something is wrong and can't find anything in Microsof trouble shooting help for OE...HELP

Maybe reinstall or update your mouse drivers????

There are usually scroll settings in the control panel that you can fix the scroll speed.
