please instruct how to change this command line:

CDIMAGE.EXE -lWXPFPP_EN -t12/31/2002,12:00:00 -h -j1 -m -bxpboot.img C:\XPCD C:\WXPFPP_EN.ISO

to allow cdimage.exe to create a bootable dvd iso image

or you need to change the xpboot.img?

Try fully qualifying the path to the xpboot.img file for instance:

-bc:\xpcd\xpboot.img

You don't need to change anything. The ISO image size is not limited by CD capacity.
