You could use secedit.exe of gpupdate /force to apply a basic security template found in %SYSTEMROOT%\Security\Templates to your system.

That should reset the permissions to what they were out-of-the-box.

hi i have dissame problem 2, can u walk me trough dat cant quite understand it please....... wer will i type the command? and wat are the commands.. thank you so much.... please help
