error messages

when i try to access the disk gefragmenter and device manager iv'e been

getting the error message:-

"MMC cannot open the file - this may be because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was createdby a later version of MMC. This may be because you

do not have sufficient access rights to the file."

Also i cant access System Restore either, when i try i get the following message:-

"System Restore is not able to protect your computer. Please restart your

computer, and then run System Restore again."

I have done this but i continue to get this error message.

sounds like you're not the admin of the box.
