programm for faster restart?

i have windows xp and i want a programm , which maximize the speed of the restart of the comp..

Microsoft released a tool named BootVis that optimizes your startup time... It is not available for download at Microsoft any longer, but if you do a Google for 'download bootvis' you should be able to find it.

It works... I've used it a lot over the last few years.
