apache and mysql command

I have a few questions for apache and mysql

1-Apache

a-Do you know where i can download apache2 (self-extract) not MSI one.? I go to apache.org and can't find it. They used to offer it but not any more. if you know where i can download it, pls let me know. latest version pls

2-Mysql

do you know the command to manually stop and restart mysql service in windows.?

1. Get it here - http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/

MSI or EXE.

2. There is no way to "restart" it as such - you have to stop and then start it.

net stop mysql
net start mysql
