Read-Only Attribute stuck on all folders!

I tried searching for this situtation, but came up empty. I have just installed Windows XP Pro with slipstreamed service pack 2, as well as RyanVM's most excellent Post-SP2 ugprade pack, using nLite to integrate.

Problem is, now all the folders on my system are read-only. It doesn't matter if I clear the attribute, the folders remain read-only. I don't see this having an affect on the system, but it is rather bothersome that it is happening, and is irritating when looking at the properites dialog.

Is this by design, or can I "fix" it? Note that this is a single, non-networked machine with no shares.
