I want to add IPX/SPX and remove NetBios from winnt.sif.

how can i do this?

FYI -- You'll always have NetBIOS, whether NetBIOS over IPX/SPX or over TCP. Are you looking to remove NetBEUI?

i can enable ipx/spx from winnt.sif but it brings netbios with itself.

so i can remove it on windows at network settings. can i do this at winnt.sif

It does not appear that there is a way to select anything but the default IPX/SPX protocol with Netbios enabled in the unattend file.

Out of curiousity, what version of Novell are you still using?
