Taskbar / quick launch / Start button

Hey guys

I have my taskbar on two rows because i need the room to have many open applications and a large quick launch bar.

The start button is always on the top row no matter how big you make the taskbar. Is there any way to move it to the bottom so it will always be at the bottom left or to grow it so that it fills more than one row?

It's really annoying to keep selecting whats below the start button.
