How can i DISABLE device manager in WMP10

in the windows media player10, when the portable devices are plugged in (like my mp3 player), wmp will detect the device and change into the window of Sync.

it is very inconvenient for me to have this function......

so i wanna disable this function, how can i do that?????

Have no idea how it works, but maybe a regshot or filemon of live data may answer your question.

Progs are both available from sysinternals.

One to monitor the regsu=istrty incase it has changes made and te other to see which files | processes are used.

Maybe worth a gamble

Download ShellExView (freeware) to find and disable Portable Media Devices, and Portable Media Devices Menu.
