Looked around in pretty much every file that I can view with a txt editor and looked arond in registry.. couldnt find it anywhere...

Anyone have a clue as to where favorite servers are kept?

I think they are in program files\valve\steam\config\masterservers.vdf

EDIT: Sorry, read your question again. I don't think the user favorite servers are stored on the local machine. They are in your online account so they are there no matter where you log on from.
