what folder to put new reg tweak

my windows had one or two bad tweaks on the winxp cd i have a new one into which folder would i put it

Maybe I'm missunderstanding the question, but wouldn't that depend on the

method your using to install the reg tweak. Cmdlines.txt, batch file or

runonce.cmd or what ever.
