carver Posted April 2, 2005 Share Posted April 2, 2005 I have a 2 computer home network. I can see both in network places. I can connect to 2 from 1 but when I try to connect to 1 from 2 a log on screen pops up, when I input my username and password and hit enter the log on screen re- appears with the user name changed to include the computer name : computername\username.I tried to create an account with that name , but it won't let me make any account name with \ in itHelp please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
