UncleBuck Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Hi guy's I'm working on a little project with the unattended install of XP, I've been pulling my hair out trying to do something so I'm trying a new approach....What I would like to do is create a boot disk or cd or dvd that would automatically format the c:\ partitionof my 40 gig c:, & 40 gig d: partitions, leaving the d: partition alone, after the format I would like it to re-boot so I could the carry on with the unattended set up of XP can anyone help please....cheer's guy's
dman Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 UncleBuck,what part is giving you trouble? If you need a way to reboot get http://www.pc-tools.net/dos/dosutils/and use re-boot.com if booting DOS. Use shutdown.exe (shutdown -r -t 0) from windows\system32 folder if booting win32.
