I've 2 hard drive C: and D: on each drive is installed XP professional

C: is for Testing apps and bulls**** and D: is for work (very clean).

Now i need to hide disc C: from my computer when i boot from D: and viceversa.

Is there a way to hide some drive from "my computer"????

You could go into disk-management and either remove all drive letters for the partition of your choice, or mount it in an empty NTFS folder.

In both cases, the partition will disappear from MyComputer.

or use the Group Policy editor( type gpedit.msc in the run box) and change whether it is accessible and/or visible. I use it for hiding my C: partition which is only for swap.

Inside the Group Policy editior:

User Configuration>Administrative Templets>Windows Components>Windows Explorer

look for: "Hide these specified drives in my computer" and "Prevent access to drives from my computer"
