Ntoskrnl.exe Help!

hello everybody

i have a bootskin file i want to convet it to ntoskrnl.exe

does any body have a converter or somethin?

don't think of giving me the guide cos i tried and failed.

if thre isn't any converter then please can somebody do it for me and put it in rapideshare.de?
