Msgina.dll, Unattended Xp And Me

Dear Friends,

I tweaked msgina.dll, modifype, makecab and then put it in i386 folder. Installation completed without any problem. When I use classic logon, I can see the image and everything seems to work fine. Once logged in, if i try to shutdown, nothing happens!!! I can not see the shutdown dialog box. But, if i push the power button on my PC to enable forced shutdown, i can see the shuttting down box with the modified image. Any one had this issue?
