Mexicano Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 HiI try to use the oobe.ini..... method, i only have one user acount OOBEINFO.INI Method does NOT require the registry entry for auto-logon as long as there is only ONE user created.Well after that my first boot i looged like administrator and ask me my password, on the next boot too ask me for my pass.I want to boot without user acount and no ask me for password ......after welcome screen boot up to my deskboard...because i`m the only user of this pc.My oobe.ini[UserInfo]Identity001="Mexicano"My winnt.sif;SetupMgrTag[Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" AutomaticUpdates=No[Unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes TargetPath=\WINDOWS Repartition=No UnattendSwitch="yes" WaitForReboot="No" [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword="" EncryptedAdminPassword=NO OEMSkipRegional=1 TimeZone=30 OemSkipWelcome=1Anybody can help to me? prathapml Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 First, where have you placed your oobeinfo.ini - maybe it was placed in the wrong place and never got processed. Next, check the file extension - some people end up saving it as "oobeinfo.ini.TXT".Lastly, it has to start fromIdentity000EDIT:oops, Alanoll beat me by 10 mins.
