Featured Replies

Hi,

i got logon modded, but when i add it to my windows xp unattended i just get the classic logon screen :#

and when i replace modded logonui.exe with the original logonui.exe i get the normal windows xp logon :#

can someone help me

if your getting a classic logon with when u try 2 use a modified logonui.exe make sure your logonui.exe is from sp2 (or whatever sp your using/not using)

make sure you have a installed a windows xp sp1 or window xp sp2

after cheaking your windows xp version then restart your computer in safe mode than backup your moded logonui file in your system32 folder then restart your computer comuter syste and ger your custom logonui.

and if your are not get then convert your logonui file in logonui.ex_and it then it's completer and 100% working.

thanks

Delete logonui.exe from \WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\. It's backing up from there. When Windows File Protect Dialog will appears, ask Cancel then Yes. After this, create backup of original logonui.exe and replace with modified. Ask Cancel and Yes too when appears WFP then press WIN+L, and you'll see new logon.
