Autoit And %programfiles%

Is there any way to run a file from %ProgramFiles% using autoit?

I've searched the forum, the help file and looked through a bunch of scripts.

@ProgramFilesDir macro in Autoit is just like %ProgramFiles% in DOS.

In the above example, it will be perform correct.

Interacting with controls directly, is normally more reliable though.

Example:

Run(@ProgramFilesDir & "\Autoit3\Autoit3.exe")
WinWait('Run Script')
ControlSetText("Run Script", "", "Edit1", @ProgramFilesDir & "\Common Files")
ControlClick("Run Script", "", "Button2")
