How To Download "windows Update" Activex

Here is a good one:

The first time you go on Windows Update or Office Update, you are prompted to install 2 different Activex : 1 for Windows Update, 1 for Office Update.

I am not talking about Windows update but the Activex that needs to be install first.

Is there a way that I can download those 2 Activex so I can integrate them into in Unattend installation

I got my answer for Windows XP but not for Office....but I get the point on how to do it.
