Do anyone know what will be the easiest way to pause a flash movie for 10 seconds, and then continue to play from where it was paused.

Do you mean that you are designing a Flash movie and need help with the ActionScript. In that case, look for something like pause();. Otherwise, I don't think that this is possible in Flash Player.

You can pause Flash using the setInterval() object I believe. You would simply create functions that would correspond to the objects calls. You can learn more about it using Macromedia's Online Dictionary.
