Wireless Networking Key Index Disaster? :/

I'm staying at a hotel and the manager won't allow me to contact the network administrator. I should probably contact the company that owns the property. Even better idea.

Most hotels use someone else to run their wireless networks. All hotels I have stayed at have had tech support through that service. I would also think they would want to know about compatibility issues. I would want my money back as I have no option for using the 0 setting either. If the hotels runs the service internally they should want to accomodate you or at least future customers. I'd be staying for free or leaving if they didn't fix it since it is a requirement for my hotel stays. I'm not going back to 56K. I don't advise that attitude if you made reservations way in advance and you don't have another place to stay already in mind though. Get out the yellow pages first then really complain... haha I'm just like that.
