if i have admin set under winnt.sif and want to add an other user to skip the user creation screen that i would normally be presented with OOBEINFO.INI Method will this overwright the admin info that was set under winnt.sif? so what I'm askin is if i can remove Identity000="NewUser-Admin" and use Identity001="NewUser-User" since Identity000 is already inplace with winnt.sif?.

Yes, you can just start your ini file from Identity001.

Also bear in mind that all created users added in the ini will have administrative privileges.
