Unattended Sophos Antivirus

I can do a unattended install of sophos using command switchs, but how can you configure the scan settings i have tried reg tweeking etc but sophos keeps reverting back to its default settings once restarted????

Is this for Version 5 which has just been released?

This should be in Unattended Applications.
