how to wash out the ie's memory?

I made a mistake that i clicked some buttons to allow

the Internet Explorer to "remember" everything i typed

in, i.e. email address and password, some text fields.

Considering some security problems, that really p***es

me off. Could anyone please tell me how to clear out

ie's memory?
