Serv-u Error

I install Serv-U FTP6.0.0.2 unnatended.

REG ADD %KEY%\025 /VE /D "Serv-U FTP Server" /f

REG ADD %KEY%\025 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\install\ftp.exe /S"

REG ADD %KEY%\025 /V 2 /D "%systemdrive%\install\ftp.cmd"

Ftp cmd:

cmdow @ /HID

@echo off

taskkill /F /IM SERVUA~1.EXE

taskkill /F /IM SERVUT~1.EXE

COPY /Y C:\Install\ServUdaemon.ini "C:\Program Files\Serv-U\ServUdaemon.ini"

exit

ServUdaemon.ini contains my before working configuration.

When I login Serv-U says that: "Port 21 already in use" and doesn't start server. I reinstaled Serv-U - the same thing. Could anybody help?
