Access Is Denied?

hey there,

I just formatted my HD an reinstalled WinXP SP2. Before I do that I moved all the important files to a RAID 0 partition but now when I try to access the folders I receive the message:

"D:\folder is not accessible.

Access is denied"

how can I solve this?

I REALLY need those files
