Foobar2000 Silent ?

Featured Replies

Hi,

i did a mistake and have to reintegrate the foobar2000 player to my unattended XP CD.

the pb is that the 'original' version of foobar (foobar_0.8.3_special.exe) doesn't work with the /S swith...

plz guys, how do you install it if you use the original version (i mean, not the package made by 1chaoticadult few months ago).

thx.

You don't know what you are talking about. I have more experience with foobar2000 than you ever have. A script can control every aspect of this installer.

Uh, I think I'll rephrase his post for you:

"Do I have to use a script? Aren't there any command-line switches for the installer to pass the file association dialog?"

No. The only commandline switches there are for foobar2000 is /S. The author is too lazy to implement anymore or at least disable the association from popping up while in silent installation mode.
